It absolutely is. They're not there to help you, the consumer; they're there to help themselves. Consumers get in the way of that, so it's in their interests to pay you as little as possible.

They claim they just want to help when it comes to car crashes. If that were true, why don’t they have a 1 for all plan that directly pays 100% for the car crash on both sides? Your paying for a service that you may or may not need and even when you do need it they make it difficult for you to claim anything will fight you for every penny they have to pay out and try to cut costs in anyway they cana on getting you the repairs you need. On top of this they will simply up your premium to cover the cost anyways.
