Subject: does anyone know what their smart watch mean by "best moment" when you look at "Steps"?
Hi, when I look at my "Steps" on my smartwatch, it has 'Best moment" thing and then a little diagram under it. I was always assuming this "best moment" coincides with the highest heart rate during the day. Am i right, or the "best moment" is something else?
