I don't know about Whitman but at our mcps hs some kids do bring their own macbooks.

And, yes, chromebooks are utter crap.

Sorry for all of the questions! Learned that kids are issued Chromebooks. Those things are the worst. Can’t kids bring in their own laptops? Or doesn’t that become a diversity issue and a security issue?
