CoGAT - 124
NNAT - 107
WISC - 123 (94 percentile)
GBRS had 2 ratings of "consistently observed" and 6 "frequently observed"
I would not expect the child described above to get into level iv. You would want scores above 130 and more consistently observed on GBRS.

FYI - There are only 4 GBRS's not 8. They are just listed twice. The second time is with the teacher's comments.

There were only 4 GBRSs categories when my kid went through the process so I have no clue if they increased the number of categories. Two COs and 2 FO (I am guessing that there were not 6 other categories but 2 other categories) is solid.
I looked up a 124 WiSC. The description is Above Average, which is normally not what the Committee is looking for when adding kids to LIV.
As a comparison, the County Wide in-pool test score on the NNAT and CoGAT had been a 132.
