CoGAT - 124
NNAT - 107
WISC - 123 (94 percentile)
GBRS had 2 ratings of "consistently observed" and 6 "frequently observed"
I would not expect the child described above to get into level iv. You would want scores above 130 and more consistently observed on GBRS.
