Doesn't it mean the kid is identified as receiving Level 2 services? I think that's up to the AART, not the teacher, right?

Yes, it’s asking if the teacher has to make accommodations (provide higher level work) for the child in those subjects. If they are marked no, then they currently are not accommodating needs outside the gen Ed curriculum.
