Agree that she probably just wanted the table clear. On a slow night with lots of empty tables they're happy of you order more and more. But a crowded hotel Easter brunch is make you happy and then clear you out as efficiently as possible.

This. It’s a holiday brunch, they wanted you out of there. Either because they needed your table or your kids were obnoxious/ making a mess.

Then the restaurant should’ve set specific seating times in order to turn the tables over in a time frame of their choosing.

When I was a waitress more drinks meant a higher bill and happy customers so bigger tip. I never thought to judge anyone for their food or drink choices. That waitress was an idiot.

3 mimosas is maybe 1.5 drinks. Maybe. You were fine.

Our whole family did Easter brunch at a hotel restaurant. I ordered 2 mimosas and by the time we were ready for dessert I asked for a third and final drink. I was not driving home, had eaten plenty and had a glass of water. The waitress looked at me like I just told her I was an alien from Mars. She then looked worryingly at my husband who also told her that I’m not driving. I don’t believe I was acting drunk and always thought no more than 3 drinks. How many drinks is too many?
