It's a lot of look for streetwear, but she's performing. I think it's actually perfect for that setting -- incredibly eye-catching, looks good with her coloring, but also comfortable and easy to wear for a performer who is moving around and dancing and jumping. Plus all the rhinestones are very country.
It's not an outfit meant to be evaluated the way you are talking about it.
