In that case, I'd say they are a wash. Are you thinking about buying a place? Which area would you prefer to live in down the line? Both schools are mostly in boundary and play dates and friends and events all tend to occur in very local areas. Our kid can go a week or so without leaving a 10 block radius (school, friends, pool, soccer, playground, etc). They also walk to school/home with their friends after the 2nd grade.
