Club Monaco and Aritzia are for 20 year olds. My DD wears these and quality is just ok.

Theory and Vince are nice.

Cargo pants, duster jacket, white gloves with long sleeves, aquashoes, tie dye underwear. Simple but elegant classics.

Go to a nice boutique such as Ann mashburn in Georgetown or the hive in old town. They won’t steer you wrong

Jeans, lightweight print blouse, casual solid jacket/blazer for layering. Can’t go too wrong there.

Smaller stores may be easier for you than large department stores where you have to sift through a lot. Banana Republic, White House Black Market come to mind.
What price point are you thinking?

Where do you wear these? I can only wear them to be outside in winter. I get too hot inside.
