Where did you think ACPS' money came from if not the city? The city and school budgets are both publicly available and over the years numerous news articles have been written about the process.

I had no idea that the majority of the funding for ACPS comes from the city, which the city council votes on. Where can I find out what the city council suggested for the ACPS budget? I saw online that the city council did not fully fund the budget. What does that mean? Can someone explain the ACPS budget to me?
