I had a tutor from Nextdoor that I used for my 6th and 8th grader. She worked on free writing, form, compositions and short essay answers. Her email is simmsracheln@gmail.com and her fees are $45/ hour. We did 1 hour a week at the library.

DH and I are dissatisfied with the writing instruction DS has received this year in fifth grade. Does anyone have a tutor they’d recommend for now and for the summer? We’re worried about the increased demands of middle school.
