The majority of women who have abortions already have at least one child. They are not typically in situations where adoption makes sense or feels acceptable.
Just for example, I'm an early-40s mother who definitely feels done having kids, and if I got pregnant today I would terminate -- but if I couldn't terminate I would keep the baby. Even though that would greatly impact my health, finances, and marriage, and the kid likely would have medical issues due to parental age and background.
So: more dead pregnant women, more suffering children, more poverty and distress for families. But not more adoptions.

There is much less stigma against being a single parent now, so I would be surprised if a lot of people who wanted abortions but were unable to get them put their baby up for adoption. Many abortions are for reasons that would not be conducive to creating adoptable babies - serious fetal defects, for example, or issues with the woman's health that make the pregnancy riskier. We will absolutely see more infant and maternal mortality and morbidity.
