Are you kidding? And what do you do when you Nanny is sick or has to go somewhere due to an emergency or needs to go overseas unexpectedly due to an emergency in her country? It’s a nightmare. At least at a center they have enough staff to cover such instances so we can still work.

I would rather have the "liability" than sending my baby to a house with 10 kids and 2 women who pretend to watch them. Especially since I work from home and can help, in my potential nanny share situation
