Pretty sure Eddie V's private enclosed room near the front of the restaurant accommodates 12 but they have a minimum spend. Didn't sound like they require an event planner. I overheard a lady talking to the host about it one day.

Patsys/ Randy’s at Tyson’s has a lovely private room that seats 14. I hosted a baby shower there and you just work with their booking person. It was super easy and you choose which menu you want to order from.

Are there any restaurants near Tysons that do not require you to work with an event planner for a group of 9-11 diners?
