2 of them were identical to ones sold a Pottery Barn, it tells me that most of them are made from the same manufacturers.
Most have MDF doors if the door is a panel with styles “shaker cabinet” style. Painted cabinets are typically made this way b/c they don’t contract and expand like wood does, and it doesn’t affect the paint. I was surprised to learn this.

These are a good price. Do any of the Costco have any in store to look at? Maybe Sterling which is bigger I think?

If you are going to go in that direction, and purchase the sink and counter top locally. I found counter top that came with the vanity a little cheaper than I wanted so I did not really save anything by going that direction.
