The Pacific does offer that feature

Nope. The third row seats can be removed, plus the middle row can flip down

Its no Toyota or Honda but we do have an 11 yo Chrysler minivan. The big, huge pro for them is def the fold in floor seats. We use it all the time.

Has is had issues? Yes but its still going with about 200K on it.

Sienna is the smart play though.

For the Sienna owners, any regrets with the capacity since the 2nd row seats can't be removed?

I would actually like to hear more of this story about your Odyssey electrical system. Are you saying that replacing a broken alternator was just the start of problems, rather than the solution?

We have an Odyssey that we love. But I feel we would have been just as happy with a Sienna. No issues at all.

The Pacifica won't last as long, so it depends if you want it to retain it's value.

Very helpful about the Sienna

We absolutely love our new Sienna. And Toyota does a very reasonable full maintenance (everything, including oil changes) package for 5 years at any Toyota location (2 years free with purchase of the vehicleif you don't get the extended package).

Toyota has long "edged out" everyone in reliability. Get the Sienna.

Though to be fair Honda makes fine cars.

we've had an Odyssey for 10 years, and it's been pretty good. If I needed a new one right now, I'd probably get the Sienna, because now all Siennas are hybrids, and I think Toyota may have edged out Honda in quality and reliability.

There's a Pacifica plug-in hybird, and that looks nice, but I'd sleep just a little better with the Toyota reliability.

Anyone have any experience with two or more of these and have a preference? Looking for reliability/ value for the money.
