FYI - for 75 days you:
Stick to one diet, and only that diet. (Frisella writes on the site: " I developed 75 HARD to run in-line with your current diet program...no matter what it is.")
No alcohol or cheat meals (although it is unclear what constitutes a "cheat meal").
Take daily progress photos.
Drink a gallon of water every day.
Complete two 45-minutes workouts per day, one of which has to be outside regardless of weather.
Read 10 pages of a motivational or self-improvement book per day. (some sites just say "non-fiction")
Results??
I have heard of it and if you search online you will see many success stories. Its very difficult so if you stick to the program you're pretty much guaranteed results. Working out 2x/day while dieting and no drinking. Not rocket science. But it does take a lot of willpower to stick to it for 75 days so that's really the limiting factor, not that it doesn't work.
