If you wear a sauna suit to workout and it makes you sweat more, you will simple lose water weight. Which will come back immediately when you rehydrate to a healthy level. In fact, if you routinely dehydrate yourself in order to lose weight, you can enter a pattern of dehydration and chronic bloating (which will make you look and feel heavier) because frequently dehydrating yourself puts your body in a survival state.
I was taught stuff like this in high school health class. I know most people on DCUM are college educated, so it's frustrating when people post diet and exercise myths on here because I know most of these people have the tools to know better. This is very basic knowledge but a lot of people engage in magical thinking on this subject.
