Basically you need to prove with numbers and facts that the houses your house is currently assessed as comps with are larger, nicer and have more features (think garage, pool, extra bedrooms, den etc…) than your house. And that your house is more similar to houses that you’re trying to get your house assessed at. Have all this info in front of you so you can speak to it fluently in the moment. Think like a realtor/bank appraiser.
