Yep. And if it wasn't now it would be kindergarten. Inevitable once they start mixing with other children.
Ride it out and, honestly, OP, what got us through this period was having really low standards. My metric for keeping kid home is lethargy/energy level. If she doesn't have the energy to participate and is just miserable, I don't send her. Otherwise, she goes to daycare even with a mild cold. If I didn't have this standard she would never be at daycare and we could not work. Would also exclude for fever and vomiting/diarrhea. But just runny nose/cough/etc., she goes to school if she's not that sick.
