Not a big fan of Aya. But there is Anissa, Alyssa (in Arabic the “A” is written as a “ein”), Amira, etc.

I don't love Aya because it has many different meanings in other languages -- grandmother, "oh my!", etc...

I don't love Aya, it seems as though it's missing something. Also means governess in Spanish.
Lots of great Arabic names for girls though! I like Zahra, Leila, Noura, Farah - many others too.

I am not a huge fan of Aya but think it's decent. I love Arabic names for girls in general. Lots of great choices. Nora is Arabic but passes for non-Arabic. Same with Leila. Samira is my favorite
