This is very true I'm sorry to say. The anti-Asian incidents and slurs there also go unaddressed. Have heard from DC that there are multiple antisemitic and anti-Asian issues that crop up each week but the teachers and the administration don't seem to care or understand.

I hadn't heard about the anti-Asian incidents. Can you provide links to stories in the local news?

How does diversity bussing help? We aren't at a W school on purpose and I wouldn't want my child bussed. That would be a nightmare with after school activities.

This is an example of diverting attention from the current issue or issues many around-the-world seem to be having with Jewish people. I doubt that such a measure would be effective, but I do not know what causes people to be anti-Semitic. I can guess, but it would just be a guess.

Can anyone enlighten me as to why others feel & demonstrate such hatred toward those of the Jewish faith ? Is it based on a hatred of Isreal's occupation of territory in the Middle East ?

Thank you in advance as I am clueless as to why this appears to be sweeping the world.

Visits to the Holocaust Museum and ideally, tours of concentration camps should be required for all students.

They see their role models engage in things like that and its not addressed, so they feel comfortable doing the same

Interesting that you took a report of anti-Semitism in the whitest school in MCPS, and turned it into a complaint about Black people as if these white children can't be learning it at home.

Per the mcps handbook that we all sign at some point, this type of behavior will not be tolerated. Figure out who it was and expel them. Or since we have to educate even these losers, suspend them and have them clean up the school grounds. A visit to the holocaust museum would be in order. A punishment for all bad behavior needs to be defined and followed.

Jewish parents do your kids feel safe? Do they share they are jewish?
