Agreed! Also don't do any of those things on public transport either. I can't stand it when girls brush their hair, file their nails or even do make up on the metro. Just wait till you get to work and do it in the bathroom if you overslept.

Personal grooming should not be done where people can see you. But honestly, it is what it is, and no one's going to blackball you from the club for that.

I would not do every nail but will deal with a jagged nail if needed. Not the same as clipping in my opinion.
