The instructors back up her version of the story, which is that she had the right of way and he ran into her. He has a witness supporting his version.

Whenever I hear of something like this with a celebrity, I think shakedown. It's just too easy to make stuff up.

(Also, she's very irresponsible with her non-scientific Goop stuff. Some of it is downright dangerous for your health.)
