Denim on July 4th? No way. It’s so hot.

Dear OP, unless you are going to be placed into a medically necessitated coma for the next 3 months and need to figure this out now, I'd advise you (from one anxious person to another) to mark your calendar for June 4th. That is the earliest date you are allowed to worry about this.

Or mark your calendar for April 30th to pick your memorial day outfit and just wear the same thing come July.

The separates plus accessories poster has a great idea for when the time comes.

I'd likely wear a sundress. I don't have any problems bending or lifting in one. If you feel self conscious- wear somersault shorts underneath.

Wear separates in 2 of the colors and you cam use an accessory like a scarf, headband, sunglasses, etc. for the 3rd color.

Shorts or capris and a tshirt! How is this hard? When it gets closer you can even buy 4th July shirts at places like Old Navy if you wanted to.

Oh geez! I offered to help a friend in an effort to also help me get over some social anxiety and encourage my kids too at the same time.

What in the world do I wear? I was thinking a sundress in navy, there are children involved so I may be bending and lifting.. do I go for leisurewear instead?

I don’t want to be costumey though, I’d like to still look nice and normal. It’ll be an outfit I’ll be in all day thru fireworks in the evening.
