You are talking about maintenance and service. You can service your car at any dealership. You don't have to service it at the same dealership where you purchased it.

You should contact all BMW dealerships in your area and tell them what you are looking for. Make you to also let them know that your are shopping around. They will compete to win your business. Buy from the dealership that make you the best offer.



I haven't bought a new car in 17 years. Do you just email each dealership telling them what you are looking for?

I bought mine in Richmond after using email to solicit offers from 13 dealers in Md., Va, and Pa. Some failed to respond, and the others represented a wide price range, with a perhaps two or three pretty close to each other. I ultimately went with the dealer which combined responsiveness with the lowest out-the-door price.

Dealers have sales incentives which vary constantly, and which sometimes are unique to a given dealership at a particular moment in time, so a dealer offering one price today may offer a better or worse price tomorrow, depending on how incentivized the dealership, the specific salesman, and the specific sales manager are at that particular moment.

I agree with the passport assessment. Grew up in McLean, and live there now. My dad bought his first bmw from them in 1991. Not long after he bought only bmws bc of the pickuo/drop off and my mom only bought Mercedes from euro for the same same reason. . Back then--both dealers would drop off and pick up without any issues. He's now 80 years old and they no longer buy Mercedes bc euro stopped doing pickup and drop off during the start of covid. But passport still does so he and mom now have 4 bmws sitting in the garage/driveway.

I hate despise cannot stand bmws. But my daily driver is a bmw from passport bc their pickup drop off is so easy.
