You are talking about maintenance and service. You can service your car at any dealership. You don't have to service it at the same dealership where you purchased it.

You should contact all BMW dealerships in your area and tell them what you are looking for. Make you to also let them know that your are shopping around. They will compete to win your business. Buy from the dealership that make you the best offer.
