Fiola Mare still has igloos on the River. Expensive but romantic.

Are there any restaurants that still have heated outdoor dining in the area? I remember igloo dining was a thing in 2021. If you have any recs, please share---immunicompromised couple would like to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary!
