Subject: Commercial eviction process DC courts
Not sure the best forum to post this…
Does anyone know what the DC courts look like these days in terms of commercial landlord tenant evictions? How backed up or fast running? If a landlord sought to evict a commercial tenant starting the process tomorrow, how many months might the process take? Or, how many months until the first court hearing could be scheduled?
