If you're 'one of those' supervisors who manage up and kick down...just don't. Don't interview for the love of all that's holy. The world doesn't need more like that.

I have an interview for an SES position. Aside from reviewing my ECQ submission, what else should I do to prepare? What kinds of questions will they ask?
I think the interview will be structured (same questions for each applicant, scored by each member of the selection panel).
