I don’t know about every year, but it was late March last year, too. Makes any sort of summer planning difficult.

ImThink of it like a public health campaign For instance it’s one thing to talk about sex, drugs and alcohol in 7/8th grade. That just gives you background info. It’s another thing toreinforce those concepts with different data/depth at 17/18 in 11th/12th grade when the situations are likely to be more applicable in their life. Another example, dating violence isn’t as relevant to 6-8th graders, but much more relevant 10-12th.
So I can see the theory behind a year class that is suppose to be broken up between early highschool and late highschool. The implementation/curriculum/and delivery…. Well not sure that has been done well.
