These aren’t even close to the same issue. OP wants to pay for her child to attend APS if they move. The kids who are getting unenrolled got a free ride here. Since I don’t see any indication that they will be asking the parents to pay back the tuition, it’s not the same at all.

Have you looked at FCC? There’s only one school for each level. No you don’t get to pick.
Well, they want to go to a better school than FCPS, so why would they look at Falls Church City?
