Everything is app based now and very easy to follow. Option of 3 or 4 days a week. You can track weights and reps used in the app. There is even a rest timer which helps make the workout efficient. There are videos for all the exercises and he explains thing really well. To do his program you should have some basic weigh training knowledge in terms of how to squat and deadlift properly.
