Are you a distance runner? Could be the early stages of a pubic ramus stress fracture. Stress fractures in that area are a thing with female distance runners.

Have you had a baby? I had this post pregnancy after I got SPD in pregnancy. It felt normal to walk again once the baby was out but jogging would trigger it.

I’ll say I’m3.5 years out from my last pregnancy and the situation has dramatically improved but it just took time to heal and come back together

Maybe pubis sympysis dysfunction or Osteitis pubis? Or perhaps you just need to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.

It doesn’t happen right away, but after about a mile, I start feeling an ache seemingly in the muscles/bones around my vagina. What the heck is this and what do I do? It’s not in front, not in back, but actually around my vagina. I’m am seeing a pelvic floor specialist in a couple weeks, but wondering if anyone has experienced this.
