The Real Real. You have to dig around but there are good deals on fine jewelry. You can also take it to a jeweler for verification.

I’ve been looking for a new special piece. I recommend tracking designers you like. In terms of setting a certain quality level, it’s easiest to look through designers that are sold at a place like Tiny Jewel Box or The Clay Pot. Another idea is to go down a rabbit hole from
there looking for custom designers. There are a ton of options if you look at forums on price scope.

Find them from the auction houses, Sotheby’s Doyle, etc.

I had earrings made at Pampillonia (sp?) which was next to Mazza Gallerie and they were very nice. I also had a piece made at the tiny jewel box and they were great to work with as well.

Jewelry is not an investment that is stupid.
