Every country club not near a major city.
Fair enough. But I was thinking of closer in options.

Is there a market for country clubs that are a few steps above your local pool but not nearly as expensive as the $100k buy in clubs in this area.
I want somewhere we my family and I can play tennis and where my kids can swim in the summer….somewhere with decent facilities, some social events and decent food. The pool clubs by me are approximately $1000-$2000 in annual dues, but the facilities are really old and run down and food options are limited to occasional food trucks.
Can a country club business model support an option with say a $25k imitation fee and $5k in annual dues? Is there really that big of a gulf between the expensive country club market and the pool club market?
