What a strange comment.

At our open house we met the chaplain, were given an overview of what chapel was like and how it includes learning about many different cultures/religions, received written descriptions of the progression of religion classes, and learned about the school's commitment to service.

Also the seniors graduate at the National Cathedral which is obvious in the literature frim the school.

The school history is also provided on the website.

We toured the school and everyone was very nice. The facilities are obviously, impressive. They have a very researched based psychological approach to teaching that sounded interesting, but I couldn’t help but get a Dharma Initiative vibe. I can’t quite put my finger on it. We spent three hours there and the one thing they didn’t mention was, St. Andrew or anything about religion. It wasn’t what I was expecting at all.

Honestly the parents seem mostly happy and busy and not as active on DCUM as the parents of other schools.

The school does have an option on the website to talk to current parents by text if you don't know anyone personally.

Which grade? Lower school? Middle school? High school? Thanks.

Wonderful school with warm culture. Teachers and administration very responsive in our experience.
