Thanks to all who replied. I’m fine paying an inflated rate if the cabins and grounds are nice and the service overall is reliable; I prefer not to do AirBnB because of quality/service variation.

I’m a the PP that’s been a few times.

Certifikid almost always has a deal for $30 off. Though I still think anything over $200/night isn’t worth it.

Went with family a few years ago. It was cute and the Shenendoah location is lovely-- there's a nice short hike on property and it's close to lots of big hikes. The cabins would be plenty big for one person. And it was fun cooking on the campfire (though as I recall we had to bring our own pan?)
But like others said, it's way overpriced if it's $300/night. It's still glamping.

We’ve been 3 times. First time, just me and DH, second and third time with kids. We loved it!!! Very nice modern tiny space. Great hiking and fun experience. But agree w/ previous poster that said it’s too expensive. We had purchase a pack of nights on sale and spent less then $150/night at most. Now I see it’s doubled. It was a great experience and I highly recommend…but I wouldn’t go overboard on price. There are plenty of Airbnb tiny house experiences that offer similar lodging. One down side is that it’s always packed. It feels very private when your inside, but there is always someone in view when you are outside. Otherwise, highly recommended. Enjoy!

I recall seeing posts about them being overpriced.

Thinking of renting Getaway tiny cabins in Shenandoah for a myself a couple of friends for two nights. One person per cabin, next to each other. They have a new location in Alum Springs and am open to that, as well. Welcome any feedback/suggestions on Getaway or similar companies/glamping set-ups.
