We've sent multiple children there and our oldest is now at a "big 3". It was an excellent experience. Tour the school, watch the kids in and out of the classroom, and make your own judgement.

No not true at all.

Norwood always has great placements

And many parents go back to public ie Churchill, Whittman & Wootton. Many move to Bullis. Norwood is more than a good school.

Lots of wait lists at top schools, and settling for safety schools.

Well, Norwood has done really well in outplacement. We will see about this year’s cohort, but all the recent years have been really strong.

Look at all the discussions, and realize you’re going to have to go through all of this again in 8th grade at Norwood.
We’re there now, but I wish I had gone to a K-12.

Didn’t see a post about Norwood, but DC absolutely loved their visit and so happy to get in. Anyone else planning to accept?
