It’s probably victim blaming to add this trope to the bingo card: A silver RAV4, stopped and blocking a lane of traffic so its driver could pick up a food delivery while everyone is stuck behind him.
LOL. It would be funnier if the RAV4 had thousands in unpaid traffic camera tickets and somehow there was also an ATV involved.

I think the #bikedc response would be that because the Kenyon St protected bike lane needs to be extended to wherever this kid needed to go and he had no alternative to get where he was going due to car brained infrastructure. Or something like that.
