LOL. It would be funnier if the RAV4 had thousands in unpaid traffic camera tickets and somehow there was also an ATV involved.

Why do minors have to pay for BikeShare bicycles? They should be free to encourage bicycling in the next generation.

I think the #bikedc response would be that because the Kenyon St protected bike lane needs to be extended to wherever this kid needed to go and he had no alternative to get where he was going due to car brained infrastructure. Or something like that.
