I am a 59 year old woman who has been working hard to lose some weight and have been somewhat successful with WW. Looking to add some exercise in my routine. I love to hike, but really get bored with other forms of exercise. Thought I might try boxing. Does anyone have any recommendations? Particularly if it is close to the Silver Spring area. Thanks.
