Lol (1) lots of barre classes encourage using the heaviest weights you can handle and use them for isolated resistance exercises that will absolutely "add bulk" in desirable ways, and (2) the biggest contributor to osteoporosis is eating disorders and other malnutrition, not working out with light weights.
