This. Buy mix from Lebanese or middle eastern shop. Also Check Mediterranean bakery or shemali if they have frozen falafel that are either shaped or you need to shape and fry. Parsley is not usually part of falafel, so don’t think it would be in them but you could double check.

I like the Olive Valley brand that they sell at Whole Foods. But if you want to make it yourself, just leave out the parsley.

I’ve just been put on an anti-inflammatory diet and I’m trying to quickly get a new stable of recipes. I’m wondering if anyone can point me to their own tried-and-true falafel recipe that is moist, bake-able, and with no or minimal parsley. Basically, I want Cava’s falafel recipe. I am finding tons of google results but I’d like someone who knows what they are doing to guide me. I don’t like to cook and don’t want to have to spend lots of time experimenting, especially given all the other dietary pivots I’m making right now. Thank you for good leads!
