There is little settled case law on these matters in AR under the new legal framework. If she was prosecuted, it would force a very public state-level and national conversation. She has many millions of followers among white conservative American women.
Look at the YouTube comments - so many of her followers do not realize that she had an abortion. They have no idea that (1) D&C is an abortion and (2) that it has been outlawed absent a fetal heart beat or that the life of the mother was at risk.
A prosecution would force the courts and voters and the legislature to come to terms with the law.
