Totally - I’m such a Billecart girl in particular but am a fan of Mailly from Total Wine when I want something cheaper.

Right up my alley - we also don't like super dry.

For "everyday" my favourite is the Vaporetto prosecco.

For special occasions, the Moet Rosé champagne - the one that is actually the proper Imperial from France, not the Domaine Chandon U.S. version. We've tried both, and since you're splurging anyway, might as well spend up to the French version as we prefer it.
