They pay them well like what? How do you know?

Hard to respond to OP without more details. I can't speak to past years, but our child is having a really wonderful experience at SFF. The staff is warm and welcoming, the activities are thoughtful, and the other families are friendly. Like most daycares post-pandemic, I think they're struggling with things like inflation, decreased enrollment, etc. But I do feel good knowing that they treat and pay the staff well, compared with many other centers. I'm not aware of any above average turnover.

We sent out daughter there 10 years ago. It was then under a different leadership (founder of the school). Used to be amazing. I have heard they have a new head now who can’t seem to keep a steady staff.

What is going on there? Not as great as it used to be! Sad!
