Ew. That’s a lot of stuff not getting rinsed away in dirty bath water. I would insist on a shower rinse at the end of a bath.

My 20 year Dd in college still takes regular baths. She showers as well to wash her hair.

My 12yo (almost 13) DD takes baths every week. She says she doesn't like showers because they are "less relaxing".
