Wasn't it 2022 when Biden said that our support would depend on whether it was a "minor or major incursion?" Maybe, it was 2021. Seems to me that was not helpful.

President Biden has promised today in Kiev additional military aid, in addition to civilian aid such as paying government salaries and pensions.
