Yes and no gas. Gas up before leaving Phoenix. I also found it VERY dark. But, otherwise easy

Eh, there's a gas station probably every 30 min.

It’s flat but it’s a very busy stretch of interstate. Lots of trucks.

If your return trip is in daylight and want to take the scenic route take highway 79 through Florence. The desert is gorgeous in the spring.

You couldn't figure this out by looking at google maps?

It's easy! I live in Phoenix and have done that drive many times at night. I typically avoid long drives at night by myself, but that one is a straight, easy shot.

Very easy. I’ve driven that stretch probably 80–100 times. Set cruise to 85 and just go. You could almost tie your steering wheel in a straight line and be fine - there’s no major hills or curves or anything.

Lol yep, there's like, a single curve, by that used to be outlet mall around casa grande.

It's so easy. Flat. Not a lot of traffic at that hour. You'll be fine.

It’s straight and flat. Three lanes each direction most of the way.

How’s the drive? This would be late at night, around 11pm or midnight. I need to be in Tucson for a morning event.
