Yes, arriving before 7am would get you seen earlier. As others have said, they see you in the order you arrive so there are several 7am appointments and it is possible the 7:15am patients are showing up by 7am, too. (Since all the 7am appointments were gone…in theory.)
I didn’t go to that office, but my monitoring was usually bloodwork—back to lobby for a few minutes—then sono—pay/set next appointment—gone.

They start their monitoring at 7:15, but I will caution that they aren't always open during the stated M-F hours. I did 3 rounds of FET last year, and I preferred going to Sibley, but about half the time they "didn't have the staff" to work the Sibley location, and thus weren't opening the office. Now it has been a while since I have needed to schedule with them, so maybe they have worked on the staffing issue, but it was super frustrating at the time because my other options were K St or Rockville.

I had a similar problem with Columbia but when I very nicely explained my work situation they were much better about taking me first. I also found it better to get blood work done before my sono because I could leave right after the sono but would be at the end of the line for blood work. Sorry I know it’s a different practice but had the same problem and thought it might be helpful.

I’ve only don’t it once at the K st location. I made the first appointment (7am) but still waited over a half hour to be seen. People who got there after me were seen before me, so it doesn’t seem to be first come first serve?
With my work situation, it’s really ideal to be seen right at 7. I could make it to sibley for monitoring although it would add 15 min to my commute — do they move significantly faster?
Would arriving before doors open at 7 get me seen faster?
