Over spring break, my college age daughter is going to see her grandma who lives in a senior facility near Bedford, MA. Looks like she could take commuter rail from North Station and the closest station to Bedford would we Concord. Would he be able to get a taxi or Lyft in Concord? We are fro DC and so not familiar. Thanks for any tips. Just trying to save her dollars, if possible.
